Travel Trailer Rental Requirements
1. NO SMOKING IN UNIT

2. NO PETS IN UNIT

3. RENTAL FEE:
          • Daily Rate:      $115.00 ($110 if paid with cash or check) per night with a 5 night minimum.
            Sorry – No Sunday Deliveries or Pick-ups.

4. Free delivery within 100 miles. ($1.35 per mile each way over 100 miles.)

5. Deposit required of $100.00 to reserve the travel trailer. If reservation is cancelled before 30 days of rental date ½ deposit will be refunded. Zero will be refunded if within 30 days of rental date. The Reservation fee will be refunded once unit is inspected for damages and cleanliness once returned.

6. Destination:  Name & Address Needed at Time of Reservation

7. Balance of rental must be received at least 5 business days prior to the rental date.

8. Accommodations Include:
          • Unit that will sleeps 6-8 people
          • Full Propane Tanks
          • Awning and Patio Mat
          • Water hose
          • Electrical Cord and Adapter 
          • Full Use of Bathroom Facilities
          • Microwave, Refrigerator, A/C, Furnace
          NOTE: You must supply your own bedding, pots and pans, dishes, towels, etc.

9. At the time of delivery, you will be given a complete demonstration of how everything works (A/C, refrigerator, awning, etc.) & a checklist to sign stating that you understand your renting responsibilities.

10. Cleaning Responsibilities Include:
          • Wipe down sinks/tub, clean stove, wipe out refrigerator, sweep/wipe floors, etc.
          • PLEASE RETURN IN THE CONDITION IT WAS RENTED TO YOU.
