Pop Up Rental Requirements

1. NO SMOKING IN UNIT

2. NO PETS IN UNIT

3. RENTAL RATES:
          * 7 Night Rate:         $ 400.00
          * 3 Night Rate:         $ 225.00
          * Additional Night:   $   45.00

4. Required Hitching:  2” Ball, Measuring 18”– 20” From Ground To Top Of Ball

5. Required Wiring:  Needs to Accommodate a 4 Way Flat

6. DEPOSITS:

Reservation Deposit: $ 100.00 Due At Time Of Reservation
• If reservation is cancelled before 30 days of rental date ½ deposit will be refunded. 
  If reservation is cancelled within 30 days of rental date zero deposit will be refunded.
• Reservation deposit will be refunded once unit is returned & inspected for damages & cleanliness

Security Deposit: $ 100.00  Due At Time Of Rental Pick Up
• Security deposit will be refunded once unit is returned & inspected for damages & cleanliness.

7. Cleaning Responsibilities Include:
• Wipe down sink, clean stove, sweep/wipe out floors, etc.
• PLEASE RETURN UNIT IN THE CONDITION RENTED TO YOU.

8. Accommodations Include:
• Unit that will sleep up to 6 people
• Full propane tank
• Water hose
• Electrical cord w/adaptor

NOTE:  You must supply your own bedding, pots & pans, dishes, towels, etc

9. At the time of pick up you will be given a complete demonstration of how to operate the pop up.
